• Comcast Corp. (NASDAQ:CMCSA - Analyst Report) reported Q4 net income of $0.36 per share, slightly ahead of the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.34 per share. Revenues for the quarter rose 7.2% year-over-year to $9.72 billion, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $9.555 billion

• OfficeMax (NYSE:OMX - Snapshot Report) reported Q4 EPS of $0.16, lower than the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.44 per share. Revenues for the quarter fell 2.4% year-over-year to $1.77 billion, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.787 billion

• Dell (NASDAQ:DELL - Analyst Report) reported Q4 EPS of $0.53 cents, ahead of the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.39 cents. Revenue totaled $15.69 billion ahead of the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $15.49 billion.

• According to  Bloomberg,  Air Products & Chemicals (NYSE:APD - Analyst Report) dropped its $5.9 billion hostile bid for Airgas (NYSE:ARG - Snapshot Report) after a Delaware judge upheld the company’s main anti-takeover defense

• Cliffs Natural Resources (NYSE:CLF - Analyst Report) reported Q4 EPS of $2.82, ahead of the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $2.02 per share. Revenues for the quarter rose to $1.42 billion, matching the Zacks Consensus Estimate

• NetApp (NASDAQ:NTAP - Snapshot Report) reported Q2 EPS of $0.52, above the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.45 per share. Revenues for the quarter rose 25% year-over-year to $1.27 billion, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.278 billion

• Citigroup (NYSE:C - Analyst Report) downgraded online currency trading-services provider FXCM Inc (NYSE:FXCM - Snapshot Report) from buy to hold rating

• Reinsurer GEROVA Financial Group Ltd (NYSE:GFC) said Dennis Pelino won’t be the new Chairman as announced on last Thursday
